Ways To Give

  • Recognizing the unprecedented impact that the COVID-19 virus will continue to have on our school community, please consider making a donation to help our students and educators “Return to School Safely.” Grants to the SDOC will help the district address challenges that emerge that may not be apparent at the moment. CEF will utilize grants to support any emerging district needs for instruction, virtual learning, new processes, transitional schedules and safety gear, furniture and tools.

  • Contributing to the Annual Fund makes an immediate impact in the classroom. Donations of any amount are encouraged.

    Membership Giving Levels:
    Leader ... $5,000 or more
    Pillar ... $2,500 - $4,999
    Benefactor $1,000 - $2,499
    Patron ... $500 - $999
    Friend ... $250 - $499
    Supporter ... $100 - $249
    Donor ... Under $100

  • Contribute to the endowment to make a long term sustainable impact on the School District. Donations to the endowment facilitate funding large scale educational initiatives. Stock and company donations may also be directed towards building the Endowment. Learn more in our Case for Support or by contacting us chathamedfoundation@gmail.com.

  • A gift of securities may provide significant benefits, such as:
-A charitable income tax deduction for the fair market value of the gifted securities.
-Elimination of capital gains tax that would ordinarily become due if you had sold the appreciated securities on the open market and donated the proceeds of the sale to the Chatham Education Foundation (if the securities are held for more than one year).

  • Matching Gifts

Maximize your gift by having your company match your donation. Many of our most generous donations are also matched by our donors' employers. Many companies will even make donations for volunteer efforts. If you would like to volunteer to receive a corporate match, please contact us at chathamedfoundation@gmail.com.
