David Prael, Finance Chair
David Prael joined CEF in 2019 and is currently the Finance & Audit committee chair. David is also a member of the Endowment committee and was previously the co-chair of the Grants committee.
Outside of CEF, David is the Chief Financial Officer at Techstars, an organization focused on ending supporting and investing in entrepreneurs. In his role, he manages the Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Operations, Data and Valuations teams. David majored in Finance and International Business at the Pennsylvania State University.
David has two children, both of whom attend Chatham schools. The oldest is in seventh grade at CMS and the youngest is in third grade at WAS.
